Please choose carefully. We don’t normally provide refunds if you make the wrong selection or decide you no longer want your products after you have paid for them. If you have purchased products from us that are faulty, not described accurately, or are different from a sample you were shown in person, you can choose a refund, exchange or credit.
How do I change my order?
Contact us on 07 4633 3311 as soon as possible, and we will do our very best to assist you. Where products have been collected from the supplier, and/or delivered to site, it may not be possible to change your order. In some cases, we may be able to change your order and a freight charge and/or restocking fee may be applicable.
